• Delete unless some verification of copyright ownership is supplied--such as a higher resolution version with metadata. He did find it elsewhere. The image was just uploaded here yesterday, and it already exists on two other websites, per tineye. (I had the same TinEye results.) • Delete. Although the copyright aspect is obviously important, I believe the overwhelming offensiveness is more important. Images of this level of offensiveness are called shock images, and have no place here. We don't include the Goatse image on rectum or the tubgirl image on enema, so why should we include this image? • This is a very low res image of a sign that would have had to have been taken prior to 1977. On the same day that he uploaded this, the uploader claimed "pd self" as well on File:Namu01.JPG, which has subsequently been speedily deleted as a blatant copyright infringement, since it is (as seen here) a 1965 photograph by National Geographic.
