The title of this redirect is misleading in relation to its target since "AllPages" is not exclusive to shortcuts. Sure, "WP:" is a namespace alias, but that doesn't mean that every title used with the alias has to be a WP:shortcut. (In fact, see the aforementioned link for this point.) Just because this article doesn't cite very many reliable sources doesn't mean there aren't very many.
