  @AngusWOOF: Wait, what? Rated M for Mature isn't up for discussion (not to mention it doesn't even exist). "Mature content" is not the name of any rating, those of the ESRB included. "Mature content" is a vague descriptor that has no more relation to anything the ESRB does than it does to any other ratings board. Why single out the ESRB? Looking at just the film boards, all mention "mature" somehow. The Canadian Home Video Rating System even has "Mature Theme" as a specific descriptor. The British Board of Film Classification has "mature themes" as part of their 15 rating. Why is this picking the ESRB's M and not TV-MA? This either boils down to: 1) delete per WP:XY, or 2) Find a good high-level target that can point a reader to a number of potential destinations, which I think is generally a better option, and which I think Content rating seems to fit. –Deacon Vorbis (carbon • videos) 03:46, 15 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Appears to be a joke. People who are unconcerned about GMOs sometimes point out that all domesticated plants are "genetically modified", but that is being deliberately obtuse; people who are concerned about GMOs believe that certain modern techniques for genetic modification are, well, concerning. There are several theories regarding Maize#Origin, and Zea diploperennis is not considered to be ancestral to maize in all of them. If the premise of the deliberately obtuse joke is accepted, there are multiple targets for "Non-GMO corn".
