I'm unable to open a '.jpeg' file (a drawing) in '3ds Max 2013' as well as 'AutoCAD LT 2015'. I don't know what to do. Can someone help me please? -- Mr. Prophet (talk) 18:27, 26 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
- If you can open it with any other program, perhaps you can then export it as a different format which can be read by your intended programs. StuRat (talk) 18:37, 26 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
- I tried to copy and paste, even changed the file 'extension' name, did not work. -- Mr. Prophet (talk) 19:00, 26 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
- You should either be able to open it normally, or using "Import", in any program that supports that file type. If it consistently fails, then I agree that the image is likely corrupt. StuRat (talk) 21:27, 27 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
- I've not check the 'import' option yet.. -- Mr. Prophet (talk) 18:38, 29 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
- Well, maybe the file is defective (corrupt). --174.88.134.161 (talk) 20:01, 26 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
- Okay, all the shops are closed right now as its very late, I'll re-scan it tomorrow and recheck it... -- Mr. Prophet (talk) 18:32, 27 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
- I just tried an unscanned '.jpeg' file (a normal drawing image created in PC; a square box) doesn't work... -- Mr. Prophet (talk) 23:08, 27 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
