This is an ongoing persistent problem that plagues a ton of articles. The IP crops up every few weeks and begins anew and has been driving the film project crazy for at least a year that I know of. These IPs were linked in the previous sock case due to the same disruptive editing patterns (overlinking, changing genres/countries of origin, adding unsourced info/changing editing tags without good reason) on the same types of articles i.e. martial arts films. The reported IP received a six month block while the current one was only blocked for a month, and now that has expired he has seemingly picked up where he left off.
