Talk:Sarey_(Singer) is the most obvious confluence of all three editors, all posting in support of singer cut from the first round of "America's Got Talent". BoredBoredom, a very new account, only started posting in Sarey (Singer) after User:Googleisawesome received a final warning for edits to Sarey_Savy, an article deleted mutliple times through Speedy Deletion and AfD.

BoredBoredom and 75.92.208.32 have only made edits on this subject. Also compare User:BoredBoredom with User talk:BoredBoredom, where the user and the IP are clearly the same person.

I began looking into these acounts due to the loud quacking they generate. In the process, I've also found additional potentially related meatpuppet/sockpuppet user accounts:

While looking at other edits, I stumbled upon several other potential sock/meatpuppets:
This is starting to look to be a much larger and longer-running issue than it initially appeared. So far, these tie into articles I've located that were created at: Sarey, Sarey Savy, Savy Sarey, Sarey (Singer), Sarey Savy (Singer), Me & U (Sarey Savy), Don't Stop Believin' (By: Sarey Savy), and Don't Stop Believin' (Sarey Savy Song). Umpteenth sockpuppet of Sarey Savy (see archives), a non-notable 14-year-old singer who is just dying to have a page about himself on Wikipedia. Deleted and salted under countless titles, multiple sockpuppets blocked. See this recreation of his article in userspace and an Articles for Creation attempt, as well as this inexplicable diff changing a closed AfD to be about himself. Similar behavior to the last sock, including trying to start an article on Sarey Savy (which has been deleted at least 18 separate times under various titles) in his userspace. But because it's on the title blacklist, even that is not possible right now. This user claims to be a female in Redondo Beach, California, which makes me suspicious in and of itself because it was added almost immediately after I began to be suspicious, and because 'female' is a strange word to identify oneself with, almost as if they couldnt make their mind up whether to use 'girl' or 'woman', and he's used it twice so far. Another "female" (see the last SPI for why this caught my eye) who claims to be interested in Sarey Savy. Note that the statement on his userpage switches from 1st person to 3rd in the middle of the sentence, another sign that this person is faking his identity in an attempt to allay suspicion. This is at least the 20th time that he has attempted to create an article about himself; see the archives of this SPI for some of the past attempts. This has resulted in a blacklist entry blocking all articles containing the name Sarey anywhere in the title (the administrator who added the entry checked to make sure it wouldn't block legitimate creations.) To get around the blacklist, he's created his page at Trendy (singer). I'm not nominating the Trendy article for deletion because it would just get in the way of the SPI, but I assume it can be deleted without discussion as the creation of a banned user if the admins handling this SPI agree with me. —Soap— 14:52, 4 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Three suspected socks each seem to have been created solely to post keep votes on this AFD: Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Synthkid. All votes were posted within 10 minutes of each other. They appear to have some understanding of Wiki policy and practice, enough to post superficially convincing !votes, so I suspect that another user is behind them. He's identified himself as one of the people whom Savy was using as a source to establish notability ... soooo even if it isn't him, the keep !vote on the AfD doesn't help his case much. But that's another issue. I'm suspicious, though, since I notice Forget the past made the same typo in his sig that Sarey Savy often does.
