Suspected sockpuppets

Mazenomda !voted at an AfD about the subject in question ([1]). After two users (one being me) commented on Mazenomda's !vote, Doveye71 came and replied as Mazenomda ([2]) then attempted to remove the comment after SineBot signed it for her as Doveye71. Doveye71 has identified themselves as the subject of Gihan Sami Soliman, agreed to stop editing the article then continued to edit the article, and has now attempted to change the outcome of an AfD by socking. You can see from her talk page, the article's talk page, and the AfD that several editors have attempted to help her with the article and to help her understand WP's policies and guidelines. She has feigned ignorance but I think the evidence is overwhelming at this point. OlYellerTalktome 14:19, 24 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The user claims that someone is deleting her comment (no one did, they restored it after she deleted it). What's interesting to me is the difference in the level of English used by the same account.
