Ever since the creation of Horacio Vara's account (5/28/2020), this IP has edited every article that Horacio Vara has edited (with the exception of a few cases): Here are all of the cases in which 45.37.82.84 edited the same page as Horacio Vara:

Out of all of the pages this IP has edited since the creation of Horacio Vara's account, 34% of those pages were also edited by Horacio Vara.

This IP has also given some barnstars to Horacio Vara.

Not to mention, when you Geolocate the IP it comes back as coming from North Carolina, the same state Horacio Vara claims to live in: see here.

This is an obvious case where this user has used an IP address at AFD to create the illusion of support.

Since a CU won't connect an account to an IP address, I don't think it will be necessary for them to work this case.
