I've tagged the blocked accounts (as suspected - I think this is a WP:MEAT operation involving multiple operators, so I don't think keeping track of the exact technical relationships is worthwhile). Not going to bother with any action regarding Sagaranchalkar1, as they haven't edited in over two years. If this account returns to activity, feel free to refile.
