I've deleted "Lokesh" from the Mahasiddhas article more times than I can remember. I think the edits come from some mobile device; they often break the markup. It's not a skilful editor. In this particular incarnation, he made about a dozen edits to low-value articles, like dismabiguation articles for various 3-letter acronyms, before hitting his principal target. So I guess he was warming-up his account.
