Almost all of the edits made by KillerGhos$t were changing the genres of music articles with the edit summary "fixed typo". This disruptive editing led to them being blocked. This block has expired, but it appears that they are editing while logged out to make the same disruptive edits - all of the IP's edits changed the genres, while all but the first also used the edit summary "Fixed typo". Please check to see if KillerGho$t is editing disruptively from their IP address to avoid getting the account blocked or connecting the disruptive edits to the account. Without spilling the WP:BEANS, it's super obvious that AerobicThyme928 and blocked sock MethodMaster101 share the same style in their edit summaries.[2][3] Note that MethodMaster101 was identified here as a sock of KillerGho$t, even though the edit summaries of KillerGho$t are different. Both AerobicThyme928 and MethodMaster101 are interested in the same articles.[4] The two accounts have made the same kinds of edits, for instance the active years of Felissa Rose,[5][6] the active years of Soulja Boy,[7][8] and the active years of Jennifer Lopez.[9][10] Checkuser requested to confirm. Blocked sock User:AerobicThyme928 created a user page noting "I'm a fan of many things such as movies, sports, television, video games, and many more." Blocked sock User:TrackerMercurial136 created a user page noting "I like to watch movies, television, and play video games." Blocked sock User:DaFuze164 used "Just a fellow user who likes movies, videogames, music, etc."
The account in question here came out of dormancy at 20th Century Fox, where TrackerMercurial136 had been editing in December, and said that participants should "just leave this to voters who show a general interest in the media industry (film, television, video games and others)." It also made a new user page that says "I am interested in film, television, and video game articles." On the talk page it has engaged in discussion making clear reference to past experience with Wikipedia. This is basically a WP:DUCK, but because I am taking part in that talk page discussion, I thought it better to raise the issue here. Dekimasuよ! 19:20, 18 January 2020 (UTC)

Confirmed. For quite some time now, Robvanvee, with unerring accuracy, has been identifying these socks at my Talk page. Because I have been blocking the socks outside of SPI, I have been tagging them, which, considering the number, is and will be inappropriate per WP:DENY. I therefore asked Robvanvee to bring the next sock to SPI so I could make these comments. In the future, though, regardless of where I block these socks, I will no longer tag them. At my discretion, I might put the name of the master in the block form itself. I have blocked this latest sock without tags. Closing.--Bbb23 (talk) 16:20, 29 February 2020 (UTC)

Confirmed to previous socks. I doubt tags are necessary with this list here, but interested parties may do as they wish. -- zzuuzz (talk) 17:21, 9 June 2021 (UTC)
I've already blocked BreezeLe as a WP:DUCK. Given their history of being a serial sock with sleeper accounts (see the most recent CU sweep by zzuuzz), I am requesting CU. —Bagumba (talk) 03:36, 1 July 2021 (UTC)
