Both users are SPAs, created in 2016, that exclusively edit - and edit war - in a narrow range of articles related to the Checkpoint Charlie Museum. Their edits are generally advocacy and POV, adding puffery and removing well-sourced material and its references, if it contains criticism. Sock Eintracht123 was recently indef blocked for edit warring, and the master Nillsson has returned after some absence to make very similar edits, for example: [1] [2] with similar edit summaries including phrases like: "Stay true to the facts. This is what wikipedia is all about." (Eintracht123) and "Guys, stay true to the objective and true facts. This page should be watched by wikipedia" (Nillsson). They have a history of adding copyvio material belonging to the museum - hence the fact that much of the article's history is redacted. They have uploaded similar commons media as "own work", which appear to be archival photos of the museum and its director, [3] [4]. They are also active in the German versions of the same articles, with the same kind of POV editing warring, described in the German version of ANI [5], translated: "After the article was for years stable, since 27 June it has become a battlefield between two SPAs (Nillsson, Eintracht123) against the rest of Wikipedia." Almost a year between them, but very similar behavior to Nillsson and sock Eintracht123 (talk · contribs), including agressive edit-warring, copyright violations, and promotion/POV regarding the privately-run Checkpoint Charlie Museum, its owner Alexandra Hildebrandt and her late husband Rainer Hildebrandt. Also like the master & sock, they are active both here and in the corresponding articles on German Wikipedia, with all accounts having been created there.
They have uploaded several images as "own work" that seem to be from the archives of the museum or its owners: [6], as did Nillsson: [7] and Eintracht123: [8], though some are obviously news photos; the latest one can be found on the Getty Images page for Rainer Hildebrandt: [9]. They added the photos to the Rainer Hildebrandt article, along with an unattributed machine translation of the German Wikipedia article. I removed them, but they continue to edit-war and replace it.
The most obvious evidence is on German Wikipedia, where Martinakess has been edit-warring with nearly the same edit as Nillsson's final one from two and a half years earlier. Compare: [10] with [11] - sorry, it's in German, but you can probably see the similarities anyway - note the unusual citation of the Getty Images page for Alexandra Hildebrandt, the removal of the citation of Sybille Frank and related text (which they have complained about multiple times), the removal of "private" museum (they have previously objected to it in this edit summary: [12]), etc.

I agree with IamNotU, the similarity in their behavior is striking, we were assuming sockpuppets in German WP as well. Very interesting to see that you confirmed Nillsson and Entracht123 as sockpuppets in 2018. Nillsson is blocked infinitively on German WP, Martinakess for one month. I'd like to add that we discovered a new account with similar behavior today, Morgenmagazin, might show up here soon. --Fuchs B (talk) 20:56, 7 January 2021 (UTC)
