I don't know enough about the block of the puppetmaster to know whether a sock should be blocked on sight or not, but this account is pretty plainly the same person given the close similarity in name and the identical edit to a series of Argentina World Cup squad templates (sample at this history.) Urbanuntil accounts pass the DUCK test, but after seeing that Figlesiase making similar edits (adding an image he uploaded to Commons, even when there is no reason for change it he change them, thus contradicting the official websites), this account remind me of him.
