Description

[edit]

Similar to 'WikiProject Running', but for ultra long distance walkers who have walked across various countries. Two current lists exist: List of people who have walked across Australia and List of people who have walked across the United States. These people receive very little recognition for their accomplishments, which are often completed in support of a cause or charity. Bezza84 (talk) 15:54, 21 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Discussion

[edit]

Shouldn't this be called WP:WikiProject Walking sport or WP:WikiProject Sport walking or WP:WikiProject Distance walking ? Since you're not covering right-of-way walking paths, or other walking infrastructure from general society. 65.93.15.213 (talk) 06:13, 11 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
