The two Obama speedy deletions were speedy deleted and never in an AfD, the first speedy delete had "No meaningful, substantive content", the second delete was because, "G10: Attack page or negative unsourced BLP: this is also a POV fork" this was in relationship to Talk:Barack Obama/Article probation[1]
The difference here: the main article here is not under probation, this article is well sourced, and as WP:POVFORK says: "There is no consensus whether a "Criticism of .... " article is always a POV fork. At least the "Criticism of ... " article should contain rebuttals if available, and the original article should contain a neutral summary of the "Criticism of ... " article."
