• I don't understand what you're trying to say. I do see where you tried to create a page proposing to Monica Lewinsky and later alleging that the first version of the page was deleted due to the FBI and CIA, so if you're trying to get the pages reinstated then... they won't be. You have to show proof that you are notable and other than a few forum pages on various fringe websites, there's nothing to show that you're notable or why we should restore your page. TBH, I can't see where you're going to contribute to Wikipedia in a beneficial manner, so I'm going to block you. Tokyogirl79 (｡◕‿◕｡) 10:56, 3 December 2014 (UTC)

There is a discussion about non-admins closing discussions as "delete" at Wikipedia talk:Administrators' noticeboard/Requests for closure#NAC Deletes. See the subsection Wikipedia talk:Administrators' noticeboard/Requests for closure#So, this is the question we're asking, where the opening poster wrote, "Should non-adminstrators be allowed to close deletion discussions as delete?" For mass undeletions like at Wikipedia:Deletion review/Log/2010 April 18#Redirects in Chinese and Wikipedia:Deletion review/Log/2014 December 18#184 Carex articles, the script User:Timotheus Canens/massrestore.js could be used to mass undelete the pages. Cunard (talk) 05:15, 29 December 2014 (UTC)
