Give the useful coordinate transformation between cos(theta)=z/r and sin(theta)exp(iphi) = x+iy since this is what's most easily used to extract the Cartesian forms.

Minor formatting for consistency on cartesian expansions of complex spherical harmonics. Grouping all z terms into the same parentheses, this makes pattern matching between cos\theta <-> z/r more clear.
