Boneh Lam (Persian: بنه لم)[3] is a village in Rudzir Rural District of Alad District, Seydun County, Khuzestan province, Iran, and serves as capital of the district.[4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,014 in 170 households, when it was in Seydun-e Jonubi Rural District of the former Seydun District of Bagh-e Malek County.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,530 people in 281 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,539 people in 316 households.
