This category should be used for English people who are notable only or primarily for their work as a film actor. If an English actor is notable for more than just film acting, then a stub article about them should instead use ((England-screen-actor-stub)), or ((England-actor-stub)).

The perfect article about an actor gives both a (possibly short) biography and a list of performances. Also, appropriate categories should be added, especially those listed in Category:Actors by medium and Category:English film actors.
