Eshqabad (Persian: عشق اباد, also Romanized as ‘Eshqābād and ’Eshq Ābād)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Eshqabad Rural District of the Central District of Maneh County, North Khorasan province, Iran.[4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 862 in 220 households, when it was in Atrak Rural District of the former Maneh District of the former Maneh and Samalqan County.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 863 people in 241 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 678 people in 200 households.[2]
In 2023, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Maneh County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with the city of Pish Qaleh as its capital.[4]
