Hesar-e Garmkhan (Persian: حصارگرمخان, also Romanized as Ḩeşār-e Garmkhān; also known as Ḩeşār and Heşār)[3] is a city in, and the capital of, Garmkhan District of Bojnord County, North Khorasan province, Iran. It is also the administrative center for Garmkhan Rural District.[4]
At the 2006 census, its population was 716 in 182 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,658 people in 387 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,499 people in 403 households.[2]
