Farkhan-e Olya (Persian: فرخان عليا, also Romanized as Farkhān-e ‘Olyā; also known as Farkhān-e Bālā)[3] is a village in Sudlaneh Rural District of the Central District of Quchan County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,839 in 434 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,997 people in 526 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,062 people in 570 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
