Kenar Sar Rural District (Persian: دهستان كنارسر)[3] is in Kuchesfahan District of Rasht County, Gilan province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the village of Kenar Sar.[5]
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 7,102 in 2,119 households.[6] There were 6,497 inhabitants in 2,261 households at the following census of 2011.[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,111 in 2,227 households. The most populous of its 10 villages was Gileva Dashtan, with 1,706 people.[2]
