Kian Shahr (Persian: كيانشهر, also Romanized as Kīān Shahr and Kīyān Shār; also known as Shahrak-e Pābdānā)[3] is a city in, and the capital of, Toghroljerd District of Kuhbanan County, Kerman province, Iran,[4] and also serves as the administrative center for Toghroljerd Rural District.
At the 2006 census, its population was 6,503 in 1,555 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 5,555 people in 1,494 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 4,543 people in 1,257 households.[2]
