Lay Siyah Rural District (Persian: دهستان لائ سياه)[3] is in the Central District of Nain County, Isfahan province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the village of Homaabad-e Olya.[5]
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 2,541 in 871 households.[6] There were 2,553 inhabitants in 956 households at the following census of 2011.[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 2,302 in 916 households. The largest of its 111 villages was Homaabad-e Olya, with 343 people.[2]
