Mahmui (Persian: مهموئي, also Romanized as Mahmū’ī)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Qaen Rural District of the Central District of Qaen County, South Khorasan province, Iran.[4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 210 in 51 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 253 people in 71 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 452 people in 99 households.[2]
