A RooR bong, with ice notches and spiral nebula bowl

RooR (stylized as ROOЯ) is a Frankenthal-based company that produces high-end borosilicate ground glass joint bongs. It was founded 1995 by Martin Birzle, a German glass-blower.[citation needed]

History

ROOR was founded in 1995 by Martin Birzle.

In the initial 4 years of company's establishment, it was managed solely by its founder & CEO Martin Birzle. However, as the company grew, it was no longer possible for Birzle to operate on his own and, from there on, the company began to expand rapidly with an increasing number of employees.

Counterfeits

RooR is frequently counterfeited. Beginning in 2013, RooR took legal action against stores in the US for which they accused of selling counterfeit RooR products.[1]
