Sirik Rural District (Persian: دهستان سيريك) is in the Central District of Sirik County, Hormozgan province, Iran. It is administered from the city of Bandar Sirik.[3]
At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the former Byaban District of Minab County) was 11,311 in 1,909 households.[4] There were 12,898 inhabitants in 2,800 households at the following census of 2011,[5] by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Sirik County.[3] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 8,846 in 2,343 households. The largest of its 19 villages was Sham Ju, with 1,280 people.[2]
