Execution of Charles I
Removing the bolded title in lede allows a slightly less stitled opening sentence ("execution of X occured on" vs "X was executed on") and for a wikilink to Charles I to appear in the first sentence, rather than further down. No bolded title in lede is non-standard in general, but not out of the ordinary for articles on a period/event in a life. At editing, the lede is confused between these two options (there are two wikilinks to Charles I, one in bold), I hope this explains why I prefer one

Sleeper hit
→External links: ((Singing)) infobox unwarranted. This article is about sleeper hits generally, not just in music. And even then "music" and "singing" are distinct categories

Execution of Charles I
No particular reason to bold the title in the lead, so I've returned the wikilink to the first sentence. Also rephrased the sentence to make it less awkward around Charles' titlesTag: Reverted
