In the Standings, the "rules for classification" (i.e., the regular season tiebreakers) are currently based on the 2023 CPL Competition Guidelines and use the following citation:

Until/unless 2024 CPL Competition Guidelines are published or a clarification is announced, should we assume that the 2023 guidelines apply to the 2024 season and leave this article as-is or should we remove these tiebreakers that are potentially outdated and incorrect? The CPL has now published its 2024 CPL Competition Guidelines and I've updated the article. This discussion is now moot. I am wordsmyth (talk) 16:27, 12 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
