Original article[edit]

This article was originally split from Robert E. Howard on 19:26, 30 December 2009 in this diff. It was merged back in to the article as it may not have been a suitable for a stand alone article at that time. I have been re-split again for several reasons: there have been some changes and some I plan to make in the near future; I have reconsidered the merger in 2009; and the parent article is too large in its current form and needs to be calved off into daughter articles such as this one. - AdamBMorgan (talk) 00:18, 12 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Robert E. Howard is too long anyway, because of the story-by-story publication narrative. --Ben Culture (talk) 10:55, 12 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Robert E. Howard's characterCharacter of Robert E. Howard – Since this is a fiction author, the current title might be taken to mean "the fictional character created by Robert E. Howard". Reversing the order makes it clear that this is about the character of the subject. bd2412 T 15:20, 13 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Emotional Sensitivity[edit]

"Howard could be very emotionally sensitive. For example, when his dog Patch died, he wasn't."

. . . Not a real quote from the article, but that's the gist of it.
