Oppose on grounds of WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. When entering "Chinatown San Francisco" into search engines like Google[1] there are significantly more links to [[WP:RS|reliable sources)) that refer to the district described in the Chinatown, San Francisco article than the three other "newer" neighborhoods. This includes the official SF Chinatown web site[2]. In addition, when I do enter "old chinatown san francisco" into Google,[3] there are very little exact matches with the phrase "old chinatown" that refer to the original Chinatown in San Francisco, thus this new proposed phrasing would seem to violate WP:COMMONAME and the Recognizability rule of WP:NAMINGCRITERIA.
