Contact Improv

B. Contact Improv is a form of dance in which two or more people maintain gentle physical contact with each other.
C. Contact Improv generally (but not always) means that the participants are sharing a new center of gravity together- They are leaning into each other somewhat.
D. In contact improv, the actual point of contact generally (but not always) shifts as the participants roll, squirm, jiggle, or etc up against each other.
E. Contact Improv requires a lucid capacity for estimating speed, tempo, and rythym of other people, and adaptation to existing conditions
F. Contact Improv is an Alpha/Delta State of consciousness type of behavior.
