This article has a very irregular title that clearly does not comply with the Manual or Style or naming conventions, especially guidelines about how titles should be short noun phrases with few articles. Agree. According the the first external linked article, the Manipuri is considered a single ethnic group made of two races. I suggest changing the name to just "Manipuri Bishnupriya" or "Manipuri Bishnupriya people".
