The last line in the John Roberts -> Abortion section is not factually correct. The current line says, "In 2022, Roberts, joining Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan in the minority, voted against overturning Roe v. Wade in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization."
In fact, Chief Justice Roberts did not join the three others. He did not vote against or in dissent. He just did not join the Majority opinion of the court. Roberts concurred in judgment. Thus, "In a 6–3 judgment, the Court reversed the Fifth Circuit's decision and remanded the case for further review. The majority opinion, joined by five of the justices, held that abortion was not a protected right under the Constitution, overturning both Roe and Casey, and returned the decision regarding abortion regulations back to the states." One can argue that he did not want to overturn the Roe precedent, but this statement makes it look like he was dissenting in the actual Opinion. That plainly is not true. Should the massive amount of money his wife has garnered that has been suggested as being a form of lobbying be included in the article?
