I agree that this article could use some cleanup. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be an article on the methods of philosophy or philosophical methodology (that is, metaphilosophy or the study of philosophical methods). These seem like quite different things. There is already an article on metaphilosophy, so this article should probably focus on the methods of philosophy (including, for example, philosophical analysis, methodic doubt, etc.). -Jaymay 21:47, 9 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
