Fair use rationale for Image:NS logo.jpg[edit]

Image:NS logo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use.   • Mccunicano, with all due respect, a nomination that is made less than two and a half hours after the seven-day deadline should be given due consideration, especially as a Good Article designation is the last possible opportunity to be nominated. There are some regular contributors who sometimes miss by a day or two and their nominations are accepted for review. I am requesting new reviewer to look at the decision to reject the nomination.
