as per my project to unify the naming conventions amongs handel oratorios (discussed on Wikipedia:WikiProject_Opera a little bit ago), I will move this article to "Solomon (Handel)" early next week. Any objections? Fred16:22, 18 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Why is it assumed that a Handel oratorio premiere performance in the 1740s would have employed any performer who would have functioned as a "conductor' in the modern sense? Delahays (talk) 18:54, 12 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
