Number of survivors - conflicting data

[edit]

The lead says "He was one of only thirteen survivors from the South Tower impact zone where the plane hit." The body has "They were two of only 14 survivors from above the impact zone in the South Tower to survive the day." Neither statement has a citation. There's Category:Survivors of the September 11 attacks that includes:

The only sourced item is 4 survivors from floors above the south tower's point of impact and nothing was found to help resolve numbers in this article. "They were two of only 14 survivors from above the impact zone in the South Tower to survive the day" seems wrong as we have a source that says there were four people. If "He was one of only thirteen survivors from the South Tower impact zone where the plane hit." is correct then that means there were around 9 survivors from the impact floor and 4 from floors above that floor. --Marc Kupper|talk 23:58, 5 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I found a source that says "Mr. Clark and Mr. Praimnath are two of 18 people known to have escaped from at or above the impact zone in the South Tower"[2] and so am updating the article to use that figure. --Marc Kupper|talk 00:51, 6 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
