In fact the whole "Reception" part of the article seems to have been written by a child. It is not written in an encyclopedic manner and contains several grammatical and spelling mistakes:
Unfortunately, those whom have seen the actual animated feature (And bought it) Did not feel the same way. As it wasn't received very well. It currently bears a 22% on Rotten Tomatoes, with an average rating of 3,6/10. Many critics found that Disney isn't even trying anymore with sequels, since they felt that the animation was uninspired, the story was predictable and overall did "not serve justice" to the original film. And that "Even kids deserve better".
However, many other critics seemed to have praised Jennifer Love Hewitt's performances, believing it's the only dicent reason to really see the movie
I have just read the plot summary of this movie and I believe it contains a context error. I have watched this movie a couple of times and a character named Chantal does not appear in the movie, and Clopin does not marry anyone. Also the whole subplot about the gypsy women taking actions against their men never takes place and the court of miracles is not once shown or mentioned. In fact Esmeralda and Clopin are the only gypsies that appear to be featured in the movie. Maybe this was all part of an earlier draft in the movie, but those scenes are definately not part of the actual movie. I also have heard of no deleted scenes in which a Chantal appears. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.40.53.100 (talk) 02:03, 16 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
