Movie/Video Game[edit]

To the user who is constantly adding speculative and uncited (or downright wrong) material about a video game/movie, please stop it. It is considered vandalism. --Teh Rote (talk) 23:24, 15 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

How it was some one Idea! Your being rude dude! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.187.140.217 (talk) 01:40, 17 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

"some one Idea", as you misspelled it, is considered Original Research. That is not allowed, and continuing to add it is considered vandalism. Teh Rote (talk) 17:00, 23 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Disambugation[edit]

The result of the proposal was NO CONSENSUS to move page. It seems that "The Merchant of Death" is an unlikely search term for anything other than this novel. -GTBacchus(talk) 17:40, 16 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The Merchant of Death → The Merchant of Death (novel) — Can a disambugation page be made at which Merchant of Death inmediatelly goes to. This page should be moved to The Merchant of Death (novel). Also, merchants of death also implies to gun companies, cigarette companies, alcohol, oil, fast food, pharmaceutical and hazardous waste industries. See Thank_You_for_Smoking. Oppose. This is the article named "The Merchant of Death", and there aren't any others; the connection to corporations is a stretch, because no one would actually search for them under that name. Even if they did, the names wouldn't be ambiguous under WP:THE. Dekimasuよ! 03:27, 15 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose per Dekimasu. "Merchant of death" would be the closest generic term, not "The Merchant of Death"...that latter is not a likely phrase one would search in the other context. DMacks (talk) 07:57, 15 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It should be made in clear on reception that they're talking about the audio book.[edit]

I didn't understand what they were saying until I read it several times over. MacHale and the School Library are reviewing the audio version of the book, it doesn't make sense for an author to review his own book nor would it make sense for the School Library thing to say "Dufris provides gripping commentary" otherwise. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.77.67.48 (talk) 05:34, 24 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

So fixed; thanks for pointing it out. MelicansMatkin (talk, contributions) 05:43, 24 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
