It's not about a limit, but if you add four references for "is an American writer", you're overdoing it. That's not helpful; use those sources to verify more relevant information, and if they can't do that, don't use them. Please look at other articles, preferably good ones (WP:GA) to see how it's done. Hello Cdmexkahlo. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Draft:Christine Stoddard, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements.
