Hi. I know you have good intentions with your edits, but MTA Bus and NYCT Bus are two different divisions. Therefore, I have undid your edits. Please feel free to discuss it at WT:NYCPT if you have questions. Thanks. epic genius (talk) 13:44, 30 November 2015 (UTC)
I don't think so, anyway on Saturday after Thanksgiving Nov 28, 2015, I was driving around Staten Island from New Jersey. After crossing the Outerbridge, I went around Page Avenue, and I noticed many newly repainted Orion 7NG Hybrid buses in the 44xx numbers series operating on the S74 and S78 has "MTA Bus" on their sides. Also bus 6012 operating on the S78 in Tottenville was labelled "MTA Bus" as well. Then I drove over to Queens to visit some friends and went to Mitchell Gardens to visit more friends, and found at least a dozen or so 200 series New Flyer C40 series buses operating on the Q25 around Linden Place near the Whitestone Shopping Center on Linden Place & Whitestone Expressway freshly repainted, and has "MTA New York City Bus" on their sides.
Also I saw some Orion V and RTS buses on the Q50 (formerly Queens Transit QBx1) still with "MTA New York City Bus" on their sides. Bus number was 6142 or 6143 since the last digit was slightly altered, and was making a right turn from Linden Place onto the Whitestone Expressway towards Co-op City. The back of the bus was all-white with "MTA New York City Bus" on the top left of its white painted air conditioner cover.
Also, many articulated buses operating in Manhattan on the M15, M15SBS, M101, M102, and M103 bus lines are labelled "MTA Bus" as well. Some are even labeled "MTA - with a long gap in the middle - Bus" as well.
So what exactly are they doing, Playing Switcheroo or something ???
My advice is to just leave it at MTA Regional Bus, because switching it back will probably do mare harm than good If you think about it, since bus switching has been going on since "MTA Bus" operations began back in 2005. But I don't think they are relabeling, or cant make up their minds on how to relabel its buses properly as I can see.
Yes,its making all of our heads spin - Wheeeeeeeeeeee...... Its especially bad in Staten Island, where may newly repainted buses are relabeled "MTA Bus". Maybe they want the NYCTA buses outta there !!!!
What they need are painting standards, and which bus number get what !!!!
There's also one freshly repainted 4000 series bus operating on the Q70 with "MTA New York City Bus" on its side, with interior luggage racks too. On the correctly assigned line, but with the improper "MTA-NYCB" label.

Thanks for helping me cut down. I have cut down a lot, but it is hard to cut down the rest of it, as I put it in the article. Could you also assess the history article when you have a chance? Thanks. --Kew Gardens 613 (talk) 00:36, 6 December 2015 (UTC)
Hi, Epicgenius, could you help me get the New York City Subway article to good article status? Thanks. Even if it doesn't pass, it will help the article be improved. --Kew Gardens 613 (talk) 19:50, 6 December 2015 (UTC)
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Civic Center station (MARTA), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Megabus. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

You say "New Buffalo is a train station in New Buffalo, Michigan" when in reality New Buffalo is a city in Berrien County in the U.S. state of Michigan and New Buffalo station is served by Amtrak. Why do you insist on frivolously changing the lead in many articles to this format, when there was nothing wrong with the originals? Secondarywaltz (talk) 18:05, 10 December 2015 (UTC)
You are making controversial moves, there is a requested move process there for a reason. Jeni (talk) 15:20, 11 December 2015 (UTC)

I noticed you were the one who uploaded File:Disney underground utilidor.jpg. Right now, it has the licensing Template:Non-free architectural work. Since the Utilidors are completed, this licence doesn't seem like the right one for this picture. I don't know what licensing would be correct, since I don't think the Utilidors themselves are copyrighted. Elisfkc (talk) 20:12, 12 December 2015 (UTC)
On 16 December 2015, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Gateway Center (Brooklyn), which you recently nominated. The fact was ... that the Gateway Center shopping mall in Brooklyn, New York, is built on a former landfill? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Gateway Center (Brooklyn). You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, live views, daily totals), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page. |

Hey, could you please take a look at the platform diagram at Fullerton Transportation Center? It pretty clearly needs to be fixed/improved, but I'm not as much of an expert with platform diagrams as you are! and so am not sure how to fix it... Thanks in advance! --IJBall (contribs • talk) 05:33, 16 December 2015 (UTC)
On 17 December 2015, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Spring Creek, Brooklyn, which you recently nominated. The fact was ... that the New York City neighborhood of Spring Creek was once known as the place where "the city came to an end"? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Spring Creek, Brooklyn. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, live views, daily totals), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Since the last newsletter, the VisualEditor Team has fixed many bugs and expanded the mathematics formula tool. Their workboard is available in Phabricator. Their current priorities are improving support for languages such as Japanese and Arabic, and providing rich-media tools for formulæ, charts, galleries and uploading.
You can switch from the wikitext editor to the visual editor after you start editing.
The LaTeX mathematics formula editor has been significantly expanded. (T118616) You can see the formula as you change the LaTeX code. You can click buttons to insert the correct LaTeX code for many symbols.
The single edit tab project will combine the "Edit" and "Edit source" tabs into a single "Edit" tab, like the system already used on the mobile website. (T102398) Initially, the "Edit" tab will open whichever editing environment you used last time. Your last editing choice will be stored as a cookie for logged-out users and as an account preference for logged-in editors. Logged-in editors will be able to set a default editor in the Editing tab of Special:Preferences in the drop-down menu about "Editing mode:".
The visual editor will be offered to all editors at the following Wikipedias in early 2016: Amharic, Buginese, Min Dong, Cree, Manx, Hakka, Armenian, Georgian, Pontic, Serbo-Croatian, Tigrinya, Mingrelian, Zhuang, and Min Nan. (T116523) Please post your comments and the language(s) that you tested at the feedback thread on mediawiki.org. The developers would like to know how well it works. Please tell them what kind of computer, web browser, and keyboard you are using.
In 2016, the feedback pages for the visual editor on many Wikipedias will be redirected to mediawiki.org. (T92661)

Hello, I am from Ukraine. I know that among the victims is a citizen of Ukraine and I want to write an article about it in the Ukrainian Wikipedia. But I do not know about it. Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year 2016 to you too.
Here's some more MTA switcheroos;
4154 - Labelled MTA-New York City Bus operating on the Q60 (MTA Bus) Queens Blvd. route. 4136 - Labelled MTA-Bus operating on the Q46 (MTA New York City Bus) Union Tpke. route. 4648 - Labelled with just MTA, without MTA Bus, and without MTA New York City operating on the Q60. This should be the new standards, and it eliminates the confusion. 9132 - Labelled MTA-Bus operating on the Q17 (MTA New York City Bus) on Hillside Av. several newly repainted 7000 series Orion buses originally factory labelled MTA New York City Bus, has been repainted, and are mis-labelled MTA-Bus and are operating in service in Staten Island, NY with newly installed bicycle racks.
Also, there's a 94XX series 1997 RTS bus operating on the Q46 with MTA New York City Bus on the curb side and on the road side, while the back has a replacement black panel with MTA Bus mounted onto the lower white back where the rear route sign is located. This 1997 series buses never operated on any MTA Bus routes as far as my knowledge goes.
Thats all for now. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.29.56.34 (talk) 05:39, 25 December 2015 (UTC)
