For WikiProjects that are working correctly, the article alerts are generated by outside tools and posted to the relevant subpages of the WikiProject's home page. I appreciate you approving drafts, but I have two concerns:

• Firstly I am unsure whether you are going through the proper AFC approval process. I didn't get a notification for Ariki Shrine
• Secondly at least for that draft you approved it when it wasn't even submitted. I personally do not think it was ready for mainspace.

If you are confident that you are in the authority to do all of this though I would like you to look over Draft:Nitta Shrine (Satsumasendai City).
