I'm sorry that I didn't write this draft properly. However, I am actually one of the faculty members of this work (establishment of global innovation hubs index) who wrote the contents personally, and all the materials I used are from published article in public websites. I don't really know which part of this draft is copied from other places. Could you please point out clearly where should we modify so that I can post this article successfully. Thanks a lot!
