Proposed deletion of Kingsley Brown[edit]

The article Kingsley Brown has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

A search for references failed to find significant coverage in reliable sources to comply with notability requirements. This included web searches for news coverage, books, and journals, which can be seen from the following links:
Kingsley Brownnews, books, scholar
Consequently, this article is about a songwriter that appears to lack sufficient notability.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the ((proposed deletion/dated)) notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing ((proposed deletion/dated)) will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Wayne Hector[edit]

For any tracks added to the discography (as with all facts posted on wikipedia), the information needs to be verifiable and from a trusted source. For example, for the discography here, it is not sufficient to just say they are referenced on other pages. In some cases those references are insufficient (e.g. One Direction's Best Song Ever's personnel reference doesn't mention anything about Wayne Hector). If you want to add a discography, please make sure all additions are referenced and verifiable. It may be as easy as copying over the existing references from other pages.

Please also note that management of an artist are generally precluded from editing an article as per the Conflict of Interest guidelines. If you are the artist's management as claimed, please familiarise yourself with this guideline and comply with it. ThanksRayman60 (talk) 14:00, 30 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
