There is no way that an editor who just created an account would immediately start creating category redirects. Most editors don't even notice categories on an article, much less think to create a category redirect. So, you must be a returning editor. If this is a clean start account, that's fine, good luck with your editing. If you are evading a block, then I recommend you stop editing.

Any way, you don't create a category redirect like an article redirect. You also should not create a redirect that just points to another redirect, redirect the page to the ultimate target category page.
