AfD nomination of Mister Latin America

[edit]

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Mister Latin America. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Mister Latin America. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:06, 12 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

File permission problem with File:Miss Teen Earth 2012.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Miss Teen Earth 2012.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as ((non-free fair use)) or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Dianna (talk) 02:21, 18 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Replaceable fair use File:Miss Teen Earth 2012.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Miss Teen Earth 2012.jpg. I noticed the description page specifies that this media item is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails the first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media item could be found or created that provides substantially the same information or which could be adequately covered with text alone. If you believe this media item is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the file description page and edit it to add ((di-replaceable fair use disputed)), without deleting the original replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the file discussion page, write the reason why this media item is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 14:36, 27 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

UTRS decline

I'm sorry, but I cannot unblock you at this time. Please describe in greater detail how your editing was unconstructive and how you would edit constructively if unblocked. Please read Wikipedia's Guide to appealing blocks for more information. As you still have access to your talk page, please post your unblock request to your user talk page, omitting any off-Wiki personally identifying information. If you have not already done so, please place the following at the bottom of your talk page, filling in "Your reason here "
((unblock|reason=I have been a Wikipedian ago more tha 10 years, however I apologize because I don't knew some Wikipedia policies.

I belong to a group of Wikipedists in Ecuador that we love the beauty pageants, in my area, so we could somehow has been inadvertently blocked because we uses the same IP range and we have connected with the same wifi on several occasions, in all case this which happened was not intentional and my conduct is not connected in any way with the block.

I think it is no longer necessary the block because I understand why I was blocked, this it will not happen again. Also I understand that if there's anything I can contribute to Wikipedia that causes a conflict of interest, I will consult with an administrator for help.

I should like to say that when I edit an article I always take into account the reliable sources of the media or articles related to the pageantry, all my editions were wrote constructively but there are people related to the teen beauty pageants as the User:Aayat1998, trying to prevent edits about this contests throughout its history because it does not suit them, for example on August 20, 2020 I requested help on the Miss Teen International Talk Page to do a Regional Edition and was accepted after several months by the User:5Q5 who said: Wikipedia is not an advertisement for one company's ownership of a pageant, per WP:PROMO. The term "Miss Teen International" has a long history with different pageants in different countries. I see another editor tried to note its history at one time but most of the material was apparently improperly removed so that the article could promote another version of the pageant.

And was User:Aayat1998 who placed in my discusion page: This is your only warning; if you vandalize Wikipedia again, you may be blocked from editing without further notice on September 14, 2020, after that I edited correctly the Miss Teen World article and was the User:Serols who reverted my edition erased by Aayat1998 and for which I received an unfair Vandalism Warning, in addition to a persecution until they managed to block me because I have abused several accounts, due to the IP connection problem, because our provider is the same company from other user accounts and that I clarify that are not mine.

I will thank you that you give me the opportunity to continue editing about beauty pageants in Wikipedia. ~~~~)).
Thank you for your attention to these matters.
