Hello, I'm IronGargoyle. I noticed that in this edit to The Book of Henry, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. IronGargoyle (talk) 19:46, 3 March 2017 (UTC)
Hello, Kcarag. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about in the article The Book of Henry, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, we ask that you please:
In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).
Please take a few moments to read and review Wikipedia's policies regarding conflicts of interest, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. Thank you. IronGargoyle (talk) 19:57, 3 March 2017 (UTC)
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that you removed some content from The Book of Henry without explaining why. Hello, Kcarag. Please stop Edit warring, or you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. The Plot synopsis shown for The Book of Henry is compiled from various published sources. IMDB is not a reliable source. It doesn't matter that Focus Features wants to limit information about this film's plot. Wikipedia can report what other sources have disclosed about it. Wikipedia discloses spoilers, for instance. See WP:SPOILER. If you believe that anything in the plot summary is not correct, please use the film article's Talk page to state what facts are in error and give a source that supports your assertion. Because of you conflict of interest, it is better if you did not edit any film articles related to Focus Features, but instead use the Talk pages for those articles, to suggest changes and corrections, citing published sources (other than IMDB or Focus Features publications). Obviously, once the film is released, the plot summary will be expanded based on the actual events of the film. -- Ssilvers (talk) 20:47, 3 March 2017 (UTC)
