The Resilient Barnstar
AN/I can be quite a hectic place at times, but incredibly you managed to stay together in one piece the whole time. You are a really prolific editor Msnicki, don't let drama change peoples views on you as an editor! Cheers --Acetotyce (talk) 20:19, 6 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for finding additional notability evidence for ConnMan

ArbCom elections are now open!

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Editor of the Week

Editor of the Week
Your ongoing efforts to improve the encyclopedia have not gone unnoticed: You have been selected as Editor of the Week for your determination and dedication to help the encyclopedia grow. Thank you for the great contributions! (courtesy of the Wikipedia Editor Retention Project)

Editor Buster7 submitted the following nomination for Editor of the Week:

User Msnicki is an editor that values the importance of respect and appreciates the mutually pleasant work space that respect can create. An active editor since early 2011, she has almost 9000 edits and always uses the edit summary. She doesn't hold grudges and has been described as "clear eyed, consistent and even in tone" and someone that holds "keeping the Peace" in high regard. Her general area of interest seems to be computers and programming; areas of editing that are fraught with arguments and strife over sometimes trivial differences. I invite you to read some of the talk pages on articles Msnicki has worked on and notice the co-operative environment she creates with her fellow editors. Where others might "go on the attack" and increase the building tension, she negotiates from a position of understanding. She is a great example of what it takes to be a good Wikipedia editor. This nomination was seconded by User:MelanieN.

You can copy the following text to your user page to display a user box proclaiming your selection as Editor of the Week:
